The Hosokawa Collection

 The Hosokawa Collection is a collection of works of art and crafts, and
historical material, related to the Hosokawa Daimyo family. It is housed in the Eisei Bunko
Museum located in Mejirodai, Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo. The “Hosokawa Collection and Museum
Collection” Exhibition held in Exhibition Room 2 puts on public view items from the Museum
Collection together with items from the Eisei Bunko Museum.

■ The “Hosokawa Collection Eisei Bunko Museum (annex exhibition room)” is closed due to
renovation work.
■ Concerning photography
Concerning the photography of display items, please see the guidance panels displayed at the entrance of each exhibition room, or ask a member of staff. However, the following acts are prohibited, even in the case of photographable items.

・Use of tripods, monopods or selfie sticks
・Taking videos
・Use without permission in publications, etc., except for personal social media
・Posting commentary panels and captions on social media
