消費生活《ものを　かったり、つかったり、サービスを　うけたり　すること》で　こまったときは、消費生活センターへ　相談　できます​

・相談は、日本語の　分かる方と、いっしょに　電話するか、来所して　ください。

　来所を  希望する人も、まずは  電話  ください。​

・相談は、月曜日から　金曜日の　午前9時から　午後5時まで　です。
　土曜日、日曜日、祝日　及び　年末年始は　休みです。

　国民生活センターが  運営している、  日本を  観光する人向けの  電話による　消費者相談をする  場所です。
　The Consumer Hotline for Tourists offers Telephone consultation that overseas visitors to Japan can use if they experience consumer issues while visiting Japan.

The Kumamoto International Association offers multilingual consultation services to assist foreign residents with their lives in Kumamoto. If you have any issues regarding living in Kumamoto related to residence procedures, employment, medical care, welfare, childbirth, childcare, children’s education etc., please feel free to speak with us.
